Job responsibilities will include, though are not singular to:
Prepare and conduct schedules. Estimate Change orders Negotiate all change orders and say change sequence logs Manages plan bill and approves all expenses.
Contract Administration.
Buyout of subcontracts Equipment Interface with a owners on all projects assigned. Assemble and say finish plan annals and close-out documents.
Perform plan punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and a owner’s representative, and emanate punch list to all applicable subcontractors. Stay in hit with past clients for repeat work.
Job Requirements:
