Uline seeks a WebSphere Engineer during a Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommend changes to urge opening / fortitude and accommodate focus designs.
• Configure / balance caching, DRS, thread pooling and JVM heaps.
• Configure / balance J2C apparatus adapters, tie factories and MDB activation specifications.
• Coordinate opening contrast of vital program releases.
• Advanced review and fortitude of all focus and sourroundings issues for 24/7 goal vicious applications utilizing IBM tools.
• Fully configure and implement Java Application Performance Monitoring products for troubleshooting, reporting, ability formulation and trending.
• Take partial in weekly on-call revolution to yield 24/7 technical support.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture group in formulation and conceptualizing best configurations for Java applications using on WebSphere.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s grade in mechanism science; Master’s grade preferred.
• 5 + years plain WebSphere System Management and Architecture believe handling goal vicious 24/7 applications.
• Expertise in WebSphere 6.1 and 7.x ND and laxity with AIX, Unix, Linux, Solaris or other Unix form handling systems.
• Thorough bargain of WebSphere Service Integration Bus and Dynacache use / configurations.
• Experience with pattern and use of Java Application Performance Monitoring tools.
• Working believe and believe on AS400, DB2 and SQL Server 2000 a plus.
